Pattern Maker

Describe:

- Design based on the original design sample and making pattern base on tech page..

- create the Measurement chart

- Increase size, jump size, go to diagram, calculate norms

- Fit the pattern and making sample [ only Dummy]

- Communicate with the department to closely follow design ideas and complete comment for bulk production

- Hand over to the production team about specifications and techniques

- Knowledge of using 3D software

- Proficient in using Gerber

Request:

- Proficiency in machine design software [Gerber] [ more 3D CLO priorities]

- Male / Female graduated from College / University / Intermediate majoring in Sewing and Fashion.

- Experience from 5 years or more in machine design specializing in Pant Blazer shirts ...., especially specializing in Men’s wear

- Agile, careful, meticulous.

- From 30 to 42 years old

- Job description
Cutting samples: checking molded details, ensuring cutting according to technical standards for each detail.
Check semi-finished products, sew samples according to instructions on technical documents.
During the sewing process, it is your responsibility to check the pattern fit and feedback to the team leader if there are unreasonable problems, do not arbitrarily adjust any details.
Complete sewing of the pattern within the prescribed time.
Edit production samples when sampling at the factory.

Sewing Technique

- Job description:
Check and study samples, templates, technical documents, and color charts.
Sew a sample before production based on the customer's approval sample. Check samples with factory technician
Instruct sewing workers according to the most correct and easy-to-understand specifications from the first to the last stage of the product to achieve the highest quality in production. Inspect each step of sewing workers during the production process

- Qualification: Intermediate level in sewing or fashion design - at least 01 year experience in a garment factory. Experience is preferred.
- Working hours: from Monday to Saturday.

 Receive production plans from Foreman and Production Director.
 Monitor the delivery and receipt of semi-finished products and auxiliary materials.
 Deploy production plans for all members in the line.
